Experience an exceptional mountain getaway in this splendid 4-bedroom home, equipped with all the latest modern amenities, new carpeting throughout, and an excellent option for families, as it accommodates up to 12 guests across two interior levels with over 2200 square feet of living space. The living room on the primary floor features extensive wooden beams and impressive vaulted ceilings, along with large windows that provide a view of the lake and allow warm Colorado sunshine to fill the room on chilly mornings or winter days. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV, or step outside to the private deck for an outdoor meal or BBQ. The breakfast bar offers seating for up to four, complemented by two smaller dining areas with tables for additional guests during mealtime. The kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, allowing the chef in your group to engage with everyone in the open floor plan. The lower level of the cabin features the fourth bedroom, which includes a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom, providing a private and tranquil space away from the main areas of the cabin.
Additionally, there is a laundry room and access to a one-car garage. Extra vehicles may be parked in the driveway only, as street parking is prohibited. Please note that air conditioning is not provided.
