Summary: The refrigerator didn’t work,a/c made popping noises all night long called front desk no help said would have talk to a manager that never showed up and no one even called or checked up on our problems was supposed to be a Mountain View balcony only view we had was a guy in a hot tub with the hotel beside it so be wear of room location un professional staff
