This two level home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 2 fireplaces, pool table and dedicated work-space spread out over nearly 4,000 sqft of space. Add in a private hot-tub under the stars, 2 large decks, grill, 2 car heated garage and private laundry and you have a perfect mountain retreat for up to 12 people. The Space
The overall layout is what makes this house comfortable. The rooms are large and every bedroom has an attached bathroom. Three bedrooms have king beds and the fourth has a queen bed PLUS two sets of twin bunks. The lower level living room provides a great place for the kids while the adults can enjoy the open floor plan of the main level. The private hot tub was built on its own deck protruding from the house so you can gaze at the stars! Unobstructed views of the Ten Mile Range!!
• Maximum occupancy: 12 people
• Parking limit: 6 car - All cars must be able to fit between the two car garage and the driveway space directly in front. The driveway is shared with the townhome next door and their space cannot be used at all. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit must park at either the Ice Rink (closest parking) or the Airport Road overnight pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.

Location:
• Under 10 minutes to downtown Breckenridge Main Street and free parking/free shuttle access at the ice rink.
How to get to the mountain:
• You can walk 10 minutes down Fuller Placer Road to the nearest bus stop (Gold Point) serviced by the Boreas Pass bus route. From there you can get off at the F-Lot stop (and walk across the street to the Village/Quicksilver Lift) or get off at the Gondola stop (Gondola access the base of Peak 7 and 8). *Note that using this route means that you will have to walk uphill back to the house on your return.
• Or you can drive to the ice rink (about 8 minute drive) where you can park for free during the day, and take one of the buses that stops at the ice rink to either the Village or the gondola.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» This property is a duplex.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
