This is an exclusive home rental that guarantees complete privacy without any shared spaces. While the entire house is available for guests, there are a few areas that are off-limits, including the separate basement unit, laundry room, garage, and back deck. However, you will have your own front porch for smoking and relaxation. Your privacy will be fully respected, and it's important to note that the property is similar to a duplex, with the yard being a shared space. Nevertheless, the front porch is exclusively yours to enjoy.

Cleaning is charged $25 per person. It’s a very large home (2500 square ft) but does not feel fair to charge 2 people the same has a party of 9.

Please note that the upstairs thermostat locks at 69 degrees and does not go lower during summer months. Heat is available on both floors and locks at 70 degrees during the winter months. There is no central AC downstairs - only where bedrooms are upstairs
