Our home is spacious and comfortable offering a large covered front porch or large back deck with gas fire pit to enjoy time with friends or family. We have a gas fireplace in downstairs living room, large master bedroom/ king bed, with attached sitting room, 4 full baths, Queen bed in downstairs bedroom, 2 full beds in upstairs bedrooms with 2 twin beds in fourth bedroom.
*We also have a walkout basement apartment that the owners stay in occasionally or can be rented out (if available) for a small fee. So the basement is not available anymore unless we arrange it for you since it is now a separate living space with a separate entrance.
**We do have a dog living with us although we do not allow pets.
We are conveniently located 27 minutes from downtown Boulder where you can shop, eat amazing food, hike Chautauqua Park and the FlatIrons or 30 minutes from Downtown Denver. We are 20 minutes from Denver International Airport. One hour from breathtaking Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park and Eldora Mountain Resort, Loveland ski area and less than 1.5-2 hours from skiing resorts such a Winter Park, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and many more. Or you can stay in Erie, and enjoy our quaint little town where we enjoy miles of bike trails, parks for kids, a sweet downtown area (less than a mile from our home) where we walk to enjoy local breweries, brick fire pizza and ice cream or coffee shops.
