Newly remodeled and just 4 miles from Redstone Arsenal Gate 10, it’s conveniently located near grocery stores, dining, UAH, and the Space Center. The fenced, tree-lined backyard offers privacy and space for relaxation, with room for your furry friend to roam. Pets are welcome with a fee. The Space:
Clean line hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The foyer is consistent with the hardwood floors and six steps down giving you access to the lower level to the spacious king master bedroom and bathroom with shower. A small office/dayroom is accessed through the master bedroom; it has a full bed for extra sleeping space. Upon standing in the foyer, there are six stairs leading to the upper level taking you to the comfortable living room connected to the dining room with seating for six. After entering the dining room, the kitchen is to your right with everything you need to cook those special meals for your group. This upper level has three bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a tub.
Guest Access:
This haven has a two vehicle spacious garage and laundry room. You may enter the home from the garage and stand facing the master bedroom. Free parking is available so guest are welcome to drive their own personal vehicles. Parking should not be a problem as two vehicles can park side by side in the driveway and two or three May park on the street in front of the home.
The Neighborhood:
Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or prior to check-in if booking is made less than 24 hours prior
Getting Around:
We offer parking for our guests but Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
