Upstairs offers: Full bath; loft with twin bed and office; bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV; bedroom 3 has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. All towels and linens are furnished. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Fully equipped JennAir kitchen. Dining room offers seating for 6 plus two at sit up bar. Front has a beautiful golf course Views. Large back porch has view of Alder Creek & mountain Views with full private river access. There is an additional covered side porch with both golf course and mountain views. An additional powder bath is located on main floor. Sorry no parking of campers or trailers. OHV/snowmobile trailers can only be used for immediate loading and unloading. No riding of OHV/snowmobiles vehicles within the community.
