There is a boutique Pilates and physical therapy practice housed in the lower level where the gym and lounge are (available for long term guests only or day pass) and the upper stories of the home are split into two sister residential units, Solar Flair & Cloud Nine).
This awesome space is located in our favorite neighborhood of Inman Park, chosen by celebrities and local Atlanta politicians, this residence is just off Elizabeth Street. Elizabeth street starts at the corner and is notable for its grand Victorian mansions that line the way, creating a memorable walk on your way to the Dining District and the main entrance to the Beltline. On the left, the industrial-looking building actually houses high-end condos! Across from the residence, you'll find Kitty Dare Restaurant, known for its Mediterranean cuisine, and on the adjacent corner, Daily's Cafe awaits (our fav nearby cafe).

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Hip brunch spots, cafes, and wine bars cluster around the Eastside BeltLine Trail, a converted railway line popular with walkers and cyclists. There's also Krog Street Market, with artisan bakeries and food stalls in a refurbished factory. The area’s history as Atlanta’s first planned suburb is reflected in its impressive Victorian homes and verdant Springvale Park.
