Our freshly renovated home is a super private, secluded 4 bedroom with a loft and a kids cave that sleeps 2-4, 3 bath 2200 sf house that backs to thousands of acres of national forest. It offers an over-sized 2 car garage with carport, 6 person private hot tub and expansive deck. The deck is perfect for stargazing as the Milky Way is always visible since there are no light sources nearby. The chalet is located 5 miles South from Purgatory resort. 4 wheel drive is mandatory in winter months of November - March as the house is up the hill from the highway, but driveway is paved and plowed continously on snowy days. Very fast Starlink internet 400+ mps. Owner managed and located 5 minutes away for any needs.
