Great for families attending Merlefest, events at Big R Orchards, Brushy Mountain Apple Festival, FaithFest, Peach Festival, North Wilkesboro Speedway, and other area festivals and events. Close to W. Kerr Scott Trails, Dam and Reservoir for mountain biking (Dark Mountain, Overmountain Victory, and Warrior Creek) or water fun! Also a short distance from local wineries, Brushy Mountain Motor Sports in Taylorsville, Hiddenite Gem Mine, Lenoir, the High Country (Boone, Blowing Rock, West Jefferson), Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain Highland Games and more.
