On this quiet, dead-end, dirt road, there are no buildings to block your view of the river, so you can wake up and go to sleep with the water in sight. Whether you're traveling to South Fork to ride ATVs, explore Rio Grande National Forest, or ski the fresh powder at Wolf Creek Ski Area (21 miles southwest), this house makes a wonderful home base. Enjoy a beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island that provides space for both prepping and dining, comfortable living room furniture placed in front of a flatscreen TV, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and free WiFi.
