Tranquil and serene, set back from the road on three partly wooded acres, it feels like country yet is only two miles to groceries & restaurants.
Wake to the sound of birds chirping (and maybe a rooster or two from the neighbors).
Sip your morning coffee on the dock as dolphins frolic nearby.
Walk by the river down our 25mph road lined with eclectic homes and hundred year old oaks. Or use our bikes if you’d rather ride.
PS: our favorite color is rainbow, and we’re 100% LGBTQ+ friendly.

Dock access is available for our guests and friends, but any guest younger than 12 must have an adult with them

Pets now stay for free because we love animals. They deserve a vacation as much as you do. No restriction on weight or breed of dog.

We follow AirBnB, Covid cleaning protocol. We even change out the AC filter between guests and let pillows air out and soak in the Florida sun for that clean sunshine scent.
Safety: We are a couple miles outside the city in an upscale neighborhood. Locals walk and bike the road every day
Publix, Aldi’s and multiple restaurants offering takeout are two minutes away by car.
Viera outdoor mall is 10 minutes away.
Close to USSSA ball park stadium
20 minutes from Cocoa Beach
45 minutes from Orlando Airport
20 miles to Kennedy space Center. There’s a great view of rocket launches from our dock
