As you approach the house on our long slate chip driveway, an expansive view of the water magically places you in R&R mode. Trees and bushes line the drive and front of the house for privacy from the outside world. The home is designed in a modern primitive lake style - understated luxury. 10-12 foot ceilings with 8-foot doors and large windows open to the lake for gorgeous views and sunsets. Stone fireplaces in the living room and on the patio, and a fire pit for roasting s'mores. The main floor features a well-equipped modern kitchen, a chef island with seating, and a dining table for 8. The living room is perfect for gathering around the fireplace and TV. The bedrooms are spacious. The finished terrace level features a custom-designed bar, pool table, ping-pong, darts, corn hole, and 65" TV. Outside, past the fire pit, down at the point, you will find a double slip dock (1 slip is open if needed) equipped with 3 kayaks and 1 SUP and adult life vest. You will be amazed by the views and beautiful surroundings everywhere you go. The home has all the modern amenities you would expect, plus some. Wifi throughout, youtube tv, private workspace. Work or play, or a combination of - you can call Avery Point your home. Guest access. Plenty of parking spaces are available immediately in front of the house - including the parking pad and driveway. Guest will have exclusive access to the entire house, exterior decks, yard, fire pit, grill, and private dock. Just so you know, there is huge storage space in the house, with plenty of drawers and cabinets for you and your guest. There will be drawers/cabinets that do not open as we use the house often and store our "owner's stuff" in the locked spaces. But again, there is plenty of room to make everyone happy .Other things to note.
