This spacious 3 bedroom home accommodates 7 people comfortably. With a large living room, two dining spaces, large kitchen, game room area, private large master retreat, quiet dedicated workspace, a gas-stove and a fire place to keep warm on those chilly Colorado winter days (central heat also) and A/C for the warmer summer days as well. There are three Smart HD TV's located in the home with Netflix.
The property is beautiful and there is ample space to walk and explore on its 8 acres. (NO ATV's permitted). The views are incredible of the San Juan Mountain ranges. There is a wood-burning outdoor grill that is for grilling purposes only.
A fully equipped kitchen has all the right tools for you to make a home-cooked meal, or enjoy the stunning views from the large back deck while cooking on the gas grill. The kitchen has all the basic stainless steel appliances (gas stove/oven combo, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave) as well as two crockpots, 4-slice toaster, and an air-fryer. As our "Thank You" to our guests, we provide a full coffee/tea bar (coffee, coffee filters, creamer variety, sweetener variety, and hot tea variety) for staying with us.
