Retro 70's feel brick home is centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Golden & DIA w/ easy access to all major highways (I-25, US36, I-70).
A ranch style w/ 4 distinctly styled bedrooms, brightly lit living room, full kitchen equipped to cook a home-cooked meal & a vintage bar cart decorated with glassware for any adult beverage.
Lounge room in the back of the house leads to backyard and firepit.
Finished basement includes 4th bedroom, futon couch, kitchenette, dining area, & full bath - complimentary supplies for Smores in tall white cabinet in Back-Living Room.
The space
On a corner lot with plenty of free neighborhood parking directly in front of the house along with a private driveway, there is more than enough
space for a group or family to enjoy.
One of my favorite features is the central location; in a quieter neighborhood, albeit, amazingly close to all Colorado’s favorite hotspots not to mention local restaurants and coffee shops!

•••BEDROOMS•••
With 4 bedrooms and fold down couch, a total of 9 people can sleep comfortably. All rooms have a closet and accessories for storing luggage.
Bedroom 1-
Mid-century modern feel with pallet bed frame and a very comfortable queen size temperpedic mattress. (Main floor)
Bed 2 -
Small, quaint room decorated with collages of The Denver Post Newspaper from the 1960s. Had so much fun doing this! (Main floor).
Bedroom 3 -
Master bedroom painted with an eye-catching 70s pastel wave. This room contains a large floor plant, cozy queen bed and desk for remote work. (Main floor).
Bedroom 4 -
Fourth bedroom in finished basement has a new large egress window for a bright feel and complimented with a purple checkered mural in the corner. Cozy and creative. (Finished Basement)
•••KITCHEN & DINING AREA•••
Corky is what I would describe the 70s themed kitchen. There is a floor to ceiling wood paneled cabinet original to the home that holds all of the kitchen accessories. Appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, blender, pots/pans, knife set, Insta pot, blender, dishwasher, etc. to cook any home cooked meal. With bright green colored cabinets and a pastel sink, let me know what comes to your mind when you get to cookin’!
The kitchen table holds four seats in the corner of the kitchen. Hand sanded and darker stained table.
•••MAIN LIVING ROOM•••
I’m in love with the huge window in this room that brings so much natural light in where you can’t help but notice the abstract brightly colored retro rug and large wrap-around-couch. Hanging out in this room is a highlight (literally).
•••BACK LIVING ROOM•••
Towards the back of the house through the kitchen is another lounging space. There are three comfy sofa chairs and a two seater love seat facing each other around a wooden coffee table to instill a sense of conversation and intentionality with those around you. There are games stocked in the tall white cabinet and extra blankets. This room also leads to the backyard as well as the basement to the 4th bedroom and additional living space.
•••BASEMENT•••
Finished basement contains 4th bedroom, full bath and equipped w/ a small kitchenette, water machine, dining table, and basement living room with TV set. The green couch is comfiest to lounge on and blue velvet couch folds down into additional bed.
•••BACKYARD•••
With just recently hung up lights on the back patio and new light fixture, this area is fun to hang out in during dusk hours around a live campfire. Get the camping feel but in the city, it can be fun to roast up some s’mores before bed!
•••STORAGE/ SHED•••
Attention SKIERS or SNOWBOARDERS!!! Let me know if you are needing any space or storage for your gear! You can store in the shed in the backyard until you need to grab it the morning before you go shred. (The shed is super preferable for storing gear/bikes/etc.!)
