Retreat at the Rocks is located directly across the street from the beautiful and vast Hartman Rocks Rec Area which provides plenty of year-round recreational activities! You can bike, hike, cross-country ski, four-wheel, etc from the front door to Hartman Rocks! This home is the perfect base camp for a variety of activities! Hunters, this home is located in GMU 67. Western Colo Univ is 5 miles away. Blue Mesa Res is 20 mins away. Mt. Crested Butte Ski Resort & Monarch are both ~45 mins away!
The space
Relax and unwind in the hot tub under the stars! Then cozy up in the “bunk room” and watch a movie, theatre style, from the projector and 150” screen!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is comfortable and fully furnished.

Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a private bathroom with a luxurious steam shower.
Bedroom 2 has a King Bed.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed.
Bunk Room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. This room also has a projector and 150” screen for enjoying movies on Disney+ and Hulu! (*We can accommodate 10 people if two of those are kids - inquire to receive rate for 10 people*)

Living room, dining room and kitchen are very open. The living room has a flat-screen tv with a DVD player, Disney+ and Hulu.
