Only 5min to downtown St Pete and 15 min to closest beach ( and our favorite- Pass a Grille). Patio has propane grill and Beautiful outdoor furniture, so please enjoy the outdoors and dolphin watching :) Gated, resort-style complex with tropical landscaping and amenities: 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis, fitness room, Yacht Club with bar.
