Summary: This is the second bad experience I've had at what should be a great property. When I arrived, the computers glitched. The front desk person could not fix the situation. It took over an hour to simply check in. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One shower did not work at all. The other had limited hot water at best. The room does not go over 72 degrees. I asked for someone to fix that. No one ever came. I asked again (three hours later), was promised "they're on their way." No one ever showed. This property is tucked away in a business park, and is perfectly situated for maximum convenience. Unfortunately, the lack of qualified service and service-when-needed has killed the experience. And it wasn't an isolated experience. I stayed here a week earlier, and it was also a mess. Just for the record, I wrote all this to the manager in a survey sent directly from the hotel, and even said "I'm not posting this publicly," as perhaps all this person needed was to know what was going on so it could be addressed. He never even gave the courtesy of a response. So I have no problem sharing the experience now, since they had a chance to correct course, and obviously don't care enough to do so.
