Spend the day sunbathing on the expansive back deck or tossing horseshoes, or drive 30 minutes to either Cottonwood Hot Springs or Princeton Hot Springs. Just 5 minutes drive to the San Isabel National Forest for hiking, biking, fishing or fun with all-terrain vehicles. 10 minutes drive to Antero Reservoir for great fishing. 1 hour to Breckenridge Ski Resort.
