You can't help but feel welcome in this beautifully decorated home and furnished to make all feel warm and cozy. The main floor boasts an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room along side the sporty furnished pool room and vaulted ceilings. Perfect for entertaining and enjoying family time. The natural lighting from the surrounding windows with immaculate views of the surrounding mountain ranges will have you mesmerized with the beauty. The living room features a gas burning fireplace and 63" flat screen TV set up for you to view your favorite streaming TV option of choice.
The top of the line appliances are the perfect finishing touches to this crafted kitchen fully equipped for your family to create memorable meals on your vacation. 5 burner gas stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and a Subzero refrigerator.
Open the deck doors from the living room and step out to enjoy the views and furnished deck for your relaxing evening among the mountains. Complete with gas fire pit and egg smoker.
Also located on the main floor is the over-sized master suite complete with king bed steam shower, separate soaking tub and a deck to take in the mountain views. Outside the master bathroom is a 1/2 bathroom and laundry room. 46" flat screen TV.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. The Jr. Master Suite is complete with queen bed and en-suite bathroom and 36" flat screen TV. The two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The red bedrooms has a 22" flat screen TV. The blue room has a 30" flat screen TV.
Downstairs from the main living level, is access to 1 garage bay available for rentals and the bunk suite (available 11/15/20). This room will accommodate a total of 5 with 2 bunk bed sets. One set is a twin set. The 2nd bunk set is a twin top and double bottom. This room has a 42" flat screen TV and a 2nd 1/2 bathroom.
Outside this bedroom you can gain access to the back yard complete with outdoor hot tub, gas grill, outdoor fire-pit (for your summer evening gatherings) and a swing set playhouse for the little ones in your family. (Access to the playground in the winter will depend on snow levels that year)
