Cute and private guest house on small ranch. Open floor plan with well equipped kitchen stocked with all the basic seasonings and pantry items. Airy bedroom with private bath and walk in closet, has all luxury linens to welcome you to a good nights sleep. Bedroom has huge sliding glass doors with lovely pasture views. Small fenced yard is a great place to let the dogs out to play. Dog door is small but all the dogs seem to figure it out if they can squeeze. Large living room has a fold out queen bed with all linens provided. Apartment has an extra half bath to make getting ready in the morning a breeze. We welcome pets to the property and the laminate floors make clean up a breeze. Horses are also welcome and we have several options to welcome them to the property. Please message us for horse Amenities and pricing. Lots of parking if needed. Guest house is located in the same building as our storage shop but has never been an issue since we don’t go in it much. This is 1200sqft of easy going relaxation. Wild turkeys and deer come to see what’s new on the ranch in the early morning . We are also 30min from everything! Lake and river fishing, mountain trails for animals and ATV/UTV. Lake pueblo also offers boat rentals and great fishing. The sand dunes are a short ride from here and San Isabel nation forest is a great place for a picnic.
