Summary: This is a typical motel room for the price of a luxury hotel. Yes, I know, it's Estes Park, but the price was too high for this property. It was clean, but the rooms are quite dark, the A/C had a strange smell, so we had to shut it off. If you are on the 1st floor with people staying above you, you will be awake as soon as those people are awake because every step above you sounds like the ceiling will soon break down. When checking in we got a small note saying that there will be light room service every day. However, noone entered our room during our three nights stay - no trash removal, no towels changed. We don't need room service, but why announce something that is not fulfilled? Would only recommend staying here if you get an upstairs room. And be prepared that the motel is overpriced.
