Summary: The staff i encountered were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was mid. None of my favorites or what I think should be staples. Beware though because my son fell asleep with a marker after writing a letter to Santa and there was a stain on the sheet and blanket and before even attempting to wash it they tried to charge my card $265. I called and spoke with someone who wasnt very friendly or helpful. It was a washable Crayola marker. Im assuming they wash the blankets and sheets after each visitor but thats not what it seemed like after them trying to charge me that. He did say they will wash it and let me know. Which like I said it us a washable marker I dont expect to hear from anyone. Other than that interaction the hotel was nice

Summary: The property was in a good location. We found unclean sheets in our room but they made it right and changed our room. Front desk staff was excellent and provided 5 star customer service.
