Our home is located in the Indian Peaks Golf Course community of Lafayette, Colorado. We have a queen upstairs bedroom with private bath. There is a mini frig, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker in the room. Coffee and bottled water is provided. There is a washer/dryer in the loft outside the bedroom for your use if needed. 40" flatscreen TV and in room AC. Off street parking and possible garage parking in inclement weather. Public play and restaurant at golf course across street. Mt. views and walking trails. Seasonal community pool access Memorial Day to Labor Day.
