This charming home features fresh paint throughout, updated furnishings, stainless steel appliances & granite counters in the kitchen. The spacious primary bedroom has dual armoires, a dresser, usb chargers and a 55" Amazon Fire Smart TV with complimentary Prime Video. A guest room features a full size bed, 50" Amazon Fire Smart TV and private closet, while the bunk bed room has a twin over full bed, perfect for the kids. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled and the entire home features wood or tile floors. The outdoor area includes private use of the spacious deck and patio overlooking a sea of green for those late nights by the fire with a gathering of friends.

We will not be present at check in and plan to give you privacy during your stay. However we live only a few minutes away should you need anything!
Valley Run is a quiet, charming neighborhood nestled in the middle of the hustle of South Durham. It’s close to everything, yet feels off the beaten path. Very family friendly, walkable, and features a neighborhood playground and little library!

All bed linens, bath towels, dish soap and hand soap are included.
A complimentary but limited supply of dish detergent, laundry detergent, softener sheets, paper towels, k-cups, sweetener packets, creamer packets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper are provided. Guests should expect to purchase more for longer stays. There is a Harris Teeter and Target within walking distance (+/- 1 mi)

Please do not cause our neighbors to call us. They are lovely, and we would like to keep it that way! :)
- Use of indoor fireplace is prohibited, for safety. It is locked.
- Only one person allowed on top bunk, for safety.
- No rough play on the bunk beds, for safety.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to hosts immediately.
- No loud music or parties without host permission.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
- Failure to follow check-out procedure may result in additional cleaning fees.
Pet Specific Rules:
- The Valley Run House is a pet-friendly property with a fenced in yard and gated deck, but please make sure the area is safe for your specific size pet.
- Use the fenced in back yard at your own risk - we will not be held responsible for break-outs or pet injuries (we have never had an incident and expect to keep it that way!)
- No pets on furniture.
- City ordinance requires pets be leashed at all times when outdoors (with the exception of the fenced in yard, of course!)
- Pets should be disclosed at the time of booking. If you decide to bring a pet at a later time, please let us know so we can modify the booking and assess the $50 pet fee. The pet fee is charged by our cleaners, and bookings not disclosing a pet where one is found on property will be assessed the pet fee of $50 plus an inconvenience fee of an additional $50 ($100 total)
