It has two big windows, which provide plenty of light, and the temperature is always cool in the summer time & nice and warm in the winter. The newly remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has newer appliances, and is well appointed with full size oven / gas range, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, crock pot, and even a margarita machine upon request. The bedroom has a new queen bed, and there is, believe it or not a very comfortable sofa sleeper with memory foam. Electronic fire place / heater. Free WIFI & premium cable. There is a fully fenced grass yard right off the entrance for your kids, with a patio, BBQ grill, & hot tub. Portable crib, highchair, etc. upon request. All within walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & shops. Close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the God, Pikes Peak, and down town. No smoking inside, outside is OK please be courteous of other.
