The first bedroom is on the second floor with an attached bath and a sleeping porch with a sleeper sofa. The other bedroom is located on the third floor with a hall bath. The fourth bedroom has an attached walkout deck with views of Long Island Sound and the Harbor lighthouse. There is also a twin bed in the master bedroom loft and a twin day bed in the living room.
There are two outdoor entertaining spaces and an outdoor shower. Our home is walking distance to Ocean Beach Park, Mitchell College, and three homes down from our private beach.
