We do allow 1-2 dogs with an additional pet fee. If we learn a dog was onsite without our knowledge (we have exterior cameras for safety purposes) there will be a charge. No other animals allowed.
Absolutely no smoking in the home of any kind. We have an amazing backyard and patio if you are a smoker. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home.
Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay.
Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night.
The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!
Please do not wash hair down the drain.
