Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 42 acres of privacy for hiking, cross country skiing, and fishing in the stocked, private pond. Relax in the sparkling hot tub or stretch out on the swinging deck bed. Fenced dog yard, too! Less than 30 minutes to Durango, and about an hour to either Wolf Creek Ski Area or Purgatory. Family friendly. Everything is provided in the fully stocked kitchen, just bring your groceries! I was a superhost every quarter with my 2 previous short term rentals.
The space
You will have a private Main level bedroom with a King bed, smart
TV and ensuite bath, and two queen rooms upstairs, each with it's own private full bath. There is also a bunk room for your young children on the main level with it's own smart TV. Living areas on both levels and hot tub, hanging bed swing and patio table with propane grill are right off the living room. The yard is large and fully fenced for your dogs.

There are full time tenants in the apartment over the detached garage, please do not disturb them or park in the far space to block their access to the garage. Please park in the Elk Hideaway spaces closest to the house.
