A 2 bed/1 bath renovated cottage built in 1888. We keep it cleaned/disinfected to the highest standards! All rooms are very nicely furnished to include a fully stocked kitchen. The home has a private fenced yard with fire pit...a great way to spend a quiet evening after a busy day checking out the city and surrounding area. Six bikes are provided for an easy commute to CSU, many great restaurants, and multiple micro breweries (New Belgium, Odell Brewing and Equinox...just to list a few). Pets are always welcome, both at our home and around FOCO. Enjoy!
