Offering 850 sq. ft. of stylish, comfortable living space, it’s the perfect retreat situated in a very private cul-de-sac between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.

The guesthouse is completely private, with its own entrance and outdoor space, separate from the upper home where the owner resides (though he frequently travels to the West Coast).
