Walk the 1,000 ft (approx. 3.5 city blocks) to the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9 lower base or take the free shuttle to the Peak 9 upper base or gondola. Enjoy all that Breckenridge’s historic downtown has to offer with a quick walk (approx 3.5 city blocks) to Main Street. New kitchen, flooring, furniture, bathroom fixtures, luxury bed/bath linens and gas fireplace. Spend your day on the slopes and come back to your condo to enjoy the newly refinished pool, clubhouse and hot tubs just a short walk from your front door. First floor unit makes for easy access and no stairs! Sleeps 4 adults comfortably on a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out sofa, both with memory foam mattresses/toppers. Easy ski storage in unit within a custom ski closet right as you walk in the front door. Extremely well stocked condo with amenities other condos don't offer (extra paper towels, TP, trash bags, spices, napkins, paper plates, condiments, tea pot and tea assortment, pool towels).
