This 3100 SQ. FT. remodeled home sits on a 3/4-acre lot on a paved street in town; located in a quite walkable neighborhood and is wonderful inside and out with plenty of room to spread out. Stay and relax and experience the Colorado Mountains from this extended stay 30 day minimum vacation rental.
Enjoy views from every window and corner of the property. This spacious home features a open floor plan with plenty of natural light decorated in mountain style decor. Home offers a Chefs gourmet kitchen with double oven and 5 burner gas stove, a coffee station, some pantry and cooking essentials are included to get you started during your stay.
House features three large bedrooms with the master bedroom located on the main floor with walkout to the deck. The adjoining master bath has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, heated floor, combo ventilation fan & heater and towel warmer. The second bedroom and full bath are also located on the main floor. All the showers have strong water pressure.
The great room with vaulted ceiling offers new comfortable upscale furnishings from where you can enjoy looking out at the views or watch T.V. from the 65 “H.D. TV with 5.1. surround sound and a new gas log fireplace.
Lower level consists of third bedroom with third full bath and the family room with a 55-inch Television. Downstairs also has a flex space/workout room and dedicated workspace area, large laundry room and the walk out to lower patio.
Outside you will find several seating areas to enjoy and relax in a beautifully landscaped property with Mountain Views in every direction. Grill from the 4 burner Weber Genesis gas grill located on the deck when you want to skip the wait at the busy restaurants. There is a lighted patio on lower level to enjoy evenings outside in addition to a wood burning fire-pit area.
High speed fiber optic internet provided. Enjoy a wonderful view of the Fireworks Show if your staying over the 4th of July.
