There's a large sunny patio at the nearby coffee shop and bakery. Internet, Netflix, Sonos, Pandora. End unit with amazing views of the Boulder foothills. Modern stainless appliances, finishes and furniture - mostly Room and Board. A comfortable, relaxing, cozy respite with a commanding view.
I welcome guests who will appreciate and take care of the many nice things this home has to offer. Pets can be a problem - please ask if you can bring one. It’s not well suited for children and is not childproofed. The 20' concrete stairwell could be a hazard.
