There is one full bathroom on the main floor with a bathtub and one 3/4 bathroom in the finished basement with a shower. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2013 with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, counters, etc. It is stocked with all necessities to make cooking a breeze.
There is a fully fenced backyard with grill and table and chairs to enjoy the fabulous Colorado mornings and evenings.
Plenty of parking (two spots next to the house off an alley and plenty in front of the house on Smith Street).
Baby equipment on hand if requested as well (pack n play, high chair, toys, etc).
