South Wind has warm hardwood floors, spacious, natural light-filled living areas, a casual setting, and a well-stocked kitchen to create vacations to remember. Step out onto the house-length covered back deck, where rocking chairs beckon you to stop and savor briny breezes or grab a snack and munch at the picnic table while listening to waves breaking on the shore. Back inside, the bright, generous dining area, cornered by walls of windows, will seat a large family, with another full dining area on the attached screen porch for alfresco meals. The screen porch also provides a separate seating area, offering solace from the active living area after a fun day on the beach. The home's chef kitchen accesses the outdoor table as well as a breakfast bar seating. It has stainless appliances, plenty of prep space, extensive cookware, utensils, dishes, and storage. Also on the first floor, a cheery Primary King suite pampers with three closets, its own ensuite with a tub, shower and double vanity, along with its own separate entry to the screened porch.
