Welcome. We are located in a residential neighborhood, close to lovely O'Kane Park. Very close to all major highways and 10 min to downtown Denver! This ranch style home is all on one level upstairs (no stairs to climb); with another level below in the finished basement. It has so much character; you will LOVE the huge backyard for kids to run around in. You will appreciate the kitchen and the amount of space with 3 bedrooms /1 bath on the main level and 1 bedroom/1 bath below.
The main living area includes a tiled entry way, large living room with HDTV, a gas fireplace and cozy seating. This flows into the dining room, where the french doors open to a beautiful LARGE covered patio, where you can dine al fresco with the gas BBQ grill. Enjoy the well manicured and spacious back yard for a game of Frisbee or sit and relax to enjoy the Colorado air. The patio includes a large propane BBQ grill with burner, a glass table top with seating up to eight- perfect for hosting a backyard barbecue. The gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, commercial grade appliances, and an eat-in booth that seats up to 4 more people and is great for the kids. On this level there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom includes a full sized bed, the largest of the rooms has a King sized bed, and the 3rd has a Queen sized bed. There is a bathroom on this level with a lovely claw foot bath tub.
In the basement, you will find a large area that includes a comfortable family room with wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD player,DVD's, games, books and an office area- complete with wooden desk and comfy chair. To keep off the calories, you can enjoy the large fitness area with a stationary bike, a weight bench, free weights, floor-mats, & exercise balls. Additionally the 4th bedroom on this level includes 2 twin beds with a small TV- perfect for the kids to hang out. There is a bathroom with shower.
Guests will have access to the ENTIRE home except for 2 locked closets down stairs. Guests may park in the 1 car garage, under carport or on the Street IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE ONLY...guests may use the 2 bikes in the garage, the HUGE backyard, etc...

It is a few blocks from the lovely O'Kane Park with trails, a beautiful fountain, and a large play ground. Just a few blocks further is the very popular Bel Mar shopping district, where you will find a plethora of restaurants, shops, retail stores, bars and entertainment; including a movie theater, an ice skating rink, bowling and arcades, a weekly farmers markets, and much more. Downtown Denver is a simple 10 minute drive or enjoy the scenic mountain towns within 30-60 minutes drive, including Blackhawk casinos and Loveland Ski Resort. The Red Rocks Amphitheater, the world renowned outdoor concert hall, is a short 20 minute drive.
O'Kane Park Retreats is in one of the best locations, as it is easily accessible to major highways, and there is a Light Rail Station (public train) within a mile of the home. DIA (Denver international Airport ) is 30 miles away; the town of Golden is 15 minutes away; Boulder is 35 minutes away. There is a 1 car garage for parking, a covered carport (tandem behind garage) and plenty of parking on the street.
