Step into Nisa Mountain 36, a luxurious two bedroom condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing your meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your upper deck or lower patio, while taking in the brilliant night skies. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the comfortable sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV and magnificent mountain views from your living space and deck. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. The main level guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a hall bathroom with bath tub / shower combo. Down the stairs, you'll enter the large Master suite. This private bedroom features a King bed, Twin bunk beds, a fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, walk out patio, and private full bathroom with two sinks, jetted tub and separate shower. Downstairs you'll also find your private, full-size washer/dryer. Nisa Mountain 36 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
