The Durango Mountain Park bike trails form a perfect horseshoe loop directly off the front porch. The Rivergate complex is for mature professionals and this rental unit does not accommodate for pets or children. Medical professionals will especially love the location as it is a 1 minute walk to the Animas Surgical Hospital complex and a five min drive to Mercy Medical Center.
