Our newly furnished modern 2-story home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Parker, CO. Due to the local regulations we can only host stays of 30 days or more; no nightly rentals.
The home's three bedrooms are located on the top floor. The spacious master has a king-size bed, with a large en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The other bedrooms both have queen size beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and finishes. making it a perfect place to create gourmet meals with family and friends.
The downstairs includes a separate TV/game room, which is perfect for movie night. The backyard had mountain views and a brand new private hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing after a hard days work. Also, during the summer months, guests have access to the community pool to keep cool!
Located in Parker CO, this house is perfectly located for easy access to Denver, Denver International Airport, Colorado Springs, and the Rocky Mountains. Downtown Parker has a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, with plenty of parks for the little ones.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened
stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300
payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
