Your party has parking privileges for one car next to the building. When it's not ski season, additional cars can park for free overnight in the River Run lot at Keystone Resort, about a mile away. When it is ski season, additional cars will need to park in the paid lots at the resort.
The Modory is located in the highly desirable Seasons Development, directly behind Keystone Lake which becomes a giant skating rink during winter and full of visitors paddling kayaks in the summer. Construction is still taking place during summer 2022.
It is also on the ski shuttle route which whisks you in just a few minutes to Keystone Resort. During ski season, the resort bustles with skiers, snowboarders and families who are eating and shopping while they take a break from the slopes. During the summer it’s full of mountain bikers, hikers and people enjoying a drink on the patio. During the fall and spring, life slows down significantly with some restaurants and services reducing their hours of operations.
Finally, Summit County, where Keystone is located, has something for everyone - from mountain biking and hiking to fly fishing, skating, skiing and dog sledding. It is also home to a growing number of locally-owned breweries, distilleries and fine restaurants.
The ski shuttle stop is only 100 yards from The Modory.

Keystone is approximately a 90 minute drive from Denver International Airport. The easiest way to get here is via airport shuttle or rental car.
