Located in the Hatcher Lake area, this newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is very close to the Turkey Springs Trail System with seemingly endless trails through the mountains of Pagosa. Just a short drive and you’ll be at the lake with trophy trout and perfect for kayaking or peddle boating. Ask us about our rentals!
The home is on a quiet street and has a fenced rear yard, and has AC for the summer days. You can enter the home through the available 2 car attached garage or the front door. The front door enters you in to the kitchen / dining area that opens on to the living room with gas fireplace and access to the covered patio in the back yard where you can enjoy a meal in the cool shade. The kitchen is very well stocked and ready for your family meals.
Off of the living room is the access to the garage and a half bath. Down the hall is where you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
All of the furniture in this house is brand new, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
This home is located in the PLPOA area with access to each of the private lakes and fishing is allowed after you purchase the lake fishing permit.
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
