💵 OCCUPANCY-BASED RATES
Rates are based on occupancy.
The reservation should accurately reflect the total number of people who will be entering the property.
Only two (2) guests are included in the base rate.
Each additional guest is subject to an accommodation fee of $50/person per night thereafter.
When booking your reservation online, please be sure to include the total number of guests in your party so we can guarantee your experience will include sufficient beds, blankets, pillows, amenities, toiletries, towels, etc.

Cannabis is OK as long as it’s consumed responsibly and does not cause any nuisance to neighbors or damage to the property or furnishings.

Additional fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken.

Additional guests who enter the property but are unaccounted for on the reservation are subject to a fee of up to $250/person per occurrence.
