This home is just walking distance from 11 Mile Reservoir, a large and popular lake with fishing, swimming, and paddleboarding activities available, plus boat rentals available at 11 Mile Marina. Aside from the crystal clear water, there are also a plethora of hiking and mountain biking opportunities surrounding the reservoir. Beautiful trails and fly-fishing abound in the canyon on the Platte River. Be sure to stop by the General Store on the way for some lake snacks! If you want to venture out a little more, be sure to check out the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument just 17 miles away!
