Our daring 300 sq. ft. bungalow offers great space to get away for an extended stay and work while you play! Offering a loft king bed (can be split into two twins). The loft features a work area and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Bed Configuration:

Living space - Full-size Sleeper Sofa
The first floor is efficiently set up with a gas stove fireplace, a sleeper sofa for one, easy meal preparation, laundry, and a 3/4 bathroom with a shower. Outdoors offers a propane gas grill and a sitting area.
Plenty of wildlife roams through the area, the river is a quick walk away, and minutes to Main Street to enjoy the shops and restaurants too!
Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high-touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
