Crested Butte is a very unique place. When you leave Gunnison and drive the 30 miles up the valley to Crested Butte you are at the end of the road. The town is surrounded by National forest and BLM land. You have ready access to all the mountain fun you can dream up. People come for the winter playground but comeback for our spectacular summers.
The spacious home has an open concept downstairs with the Living area, dining area and kitchen all sharing the great room.
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace and big screen tv. There is a half bath just off of the living room.
The modern kitchen is fully appointed with green pan pots and pans and all the cooking accessories you will need for preparing meals. There is a large island with bar stools and plenty of room for serving.
There is a nice pantry with plenty of storage.
The dining area has a large round table with seating for up to eight.
The entire home has hardwood floors throughout, no carpet.
There are three california king bedrooms and a bunk room.
The Master bedroom has a private bath with twin vanities, a steam shower, walk in closet and a large deck with beautiful views of the Mt Whetstone area.
The junior master also has a private bath and a large closet.
The third king bedroom shares the hall bath.
The forth bedroom has two extra long twin bunkbeds.

WIFI, washer and dryer, heated two car garage and outside decks, both upstairs and down, facing the green space to the south. This home is very well appointed, has beautiful views and all you need for a great family vacation.
