Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Point Breeze is located within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, 30 miles from Culpepper or Fredericksburg, and 45 miles from Charlottesville. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, battlefields, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, boat dock, Hot Tub, massive deck, amazing patio, front porch, Blackstone grill, and yard games. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, smart TVs, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.
