Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This is not a hotel room, it's a privately-owned condo. The name is misleading. What we liked is the location, close to the lifts at Center Village. And the room was clean. Hot tub was big, outdoors, fairly nice.

Negative: The thermostat wouldn't go below 70. We struggled to wrench one off the two windows open, and we got the fan out (in March), and it was still too hot in the room, which made all of us hot while sleeping. There was no ice machine, just a small ice tray in our mini-fridge. The cleaning fee seemed steep, considering there was no kitchen or dishwasher in this one-room rental. There was no staff member in the 7-story building, and when a fire alarm went off around 5 pm, nobody showed up. No staff, no fire engine. The alarm just kept going and going and about 50 people evacuated. Still, nobody showed up.
