The space
GROUND LEVEL
Bedroom 1 - The Desert Room:
• This room has a king-sized bed, extra soft bedding, a closet with storage and hangers, and provides views of the fields, a barn and the mountains.
Restroom:
• The 6" rain-shower also comes with organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus a bath heater to keep you nice and cozy.
•There is a shared vanity with a large mirror and great lighting for getting ready.
Living Room:
• Cozy up on the large couch, or wingback chair for a movie on the 50" smart tv with the alto 6 sound-bar and subwoofer.
• Pick from a plethora of games or puzzles and have a fun game night on the round game table.
• The living room coffee table also pulls up and towards you converting into a fun desk space.
Entry Room:
• Here you will find your welcome guestbook.
• There is a game wall with tons of board games, poker chips, puzzles and a few outdoor games too.
• There is also additional sleeping here with the pullout sofa.
• You'll find additional storage and closet space here too.
Patio:
• You'll have your own fenced in private patio, with stringed lights, and outdoor dining seating.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 2 - The Forest Room:
•This room has a queen-sized bed, extra soft bedding, a dresser with clothes storage and a blanket/clothes ladder, and provides views of Fremont Peak, open fields and gives off the sense of being up in the evergreens.
Kitchen
• We have fully stocked the kitchen with everything needed to cook a tasty meal including a full spice rack, and basic condiments.
• Retro style refrigerator - large enough to store all of your foods.
Coffee Bar
• Here you'll find locally roasted coffee, caffeine-free tea options, coffee grinder, a large french press, traditional coffee pot and mugs.
• Non-Dairy Creamer located in the refrigerator.
Dinning Room
• Enjoy some quality time around the stone top table with ample seating room.
• Views of Fremont Peak.
Guest access
Access the entire home and back patio - minus the owners closet upstairs we use to store cleaning supplies (it will be locked).
Access to the fenced-in yard.
The rest of the property is a working regenerative farm. Just ask if you'd like to see something beyond the VRBO space.

• Security camera covering main entrance • We include 3 working bikes with VRBO for you to explore around town as you'll have quick access to the Arkansas River Walk Trail. It's a great way to get to downtown Cañon and other trails.
