This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home (each bathroom has a shower or shower/tub combo) is located in the convenient and safe Briargate neighborhood of Colorado Springs. You can easily relax, visit, play and make memories together in this comfortable home.
The wall-free main floor kitchen/dining/living room is a perfect gathering area. Enjoy the beautiful granite countertops, huge kitchen island, knotty alder custom cabinets, rustic hickory hardwood floors. Touches of industrial décor share the space with modern stainless steel large and small appliances.
The 4 bedrooms hold 1 Cal-King bed, 3 Queen beds and 1 XL-Twin bed. In the family room there is 1 queen pullout sofa bed and 1 twin pullout chair bed. A full size air mattress bed is also available for the family room floor.
For babies and toddlers, we can provide toddler-sized inflatable mattresses, Pack n Play travel crib, high chair, a toddler-sized table and chair set, games and toys.
You will enjoy the family room with its 65" TV, foosball table and digital piano. Boxed games and cards are provided, there's a large table in this room to play them on.
The comfortable, newer mattresses and pillows on the beds and the quiet street will make for a great night's sleep.
The dry, high altitude mountain air provides refreshing breezes through screened windows in the summertime. If your visit happens to land on the hottest summer days, the house is equipped with 3 portable wheeled evaporative air coolers (i.e. swamp coolers) and several regular fans throughout the house to provide additional cooling.
The neighborhood is family-friendly, and there is a full-house security system for added peace of mind. Two blocks away is Dublin Park. The park has a playground, basketball court, baseball diamond, sand volley ball pit, vast grassy open space and a paved walking/jogging path. There's a mini-golf course a 2-minute drive from the house.
Breathe easy! This property is 100% pet-free and smoke-free. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house or outside of the house anywhere on the property. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

BEDROOM #3: Lower level. Queen bed with Telluride Plush mattress (firm, with soft plush pillow top). Newer garden-level window, clear views of the mountain enjoyed from this bedroom.
BEDROOM #4: Lower level, next to Bedroom #3. XL-Twin bed over a Queen bed, bunk-style. Newer garden-level window, clear views of the mountain enjoyed from this bedroom.
